Exchange or Return of Goods

You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be complete (including all accessories, manuals, and packaging).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within the legal timeframe.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
